Colonel James Allen Regenor was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. He enlisted in
the Air Force in 1982 and served as a Titan II Missile Facilities Technician. James was
competitively selected to attend the US Air Force Academy where he graduated with a
BS in 1988. He attained master’s degrees from Embry-Riddle University, Air University,
The Dwight D Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
James commanded at the squadron and group level as well as staff positions on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Operations Directorate, J-3 and STRATCOM JFCCIMD as the
J-5/7. Additionally, he served in the White House, Executive Office of the President, as
the Deputy Executive Secretary of the National Security Council for both the Bush and
James was also an instructor and evaluator pilot with over 4,200 hours in the C17, KC-135, T-38, and T-37. Following military service James worked for Moog, INC as the business unit director for transformative technologies where he was the co-inventor on two patent pending processes leveraging blockchain and 3D printing. James is also the founder of two small businesses.
James and his wife, Sherece, have two children and reside in Orchard park, NY.
